9 ounces black pitted olives
1 red chili
2 cloves garlic
2 shallots
1 tsp. thyme
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
juice from 1 lemon
zest from 1 lemon
Mix all ingredients in a food processor and serve!
