This is one that my dad makes for us all of the time.  LOVE it!

 

Caramelized Onion Pizza

Boboli large pizza crust (or any pizza crust)

3 onions, sliced

1/2 cup vegetable broth

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon sherry

Boil onions in salt water for 6 minutes, then set aside.

In another saucepan, combine broth and brown sugar.

Add sherry and cook until thick

 

Place the onions on top of the crust and then place the mixture on top.

Cook at 375 for 10 minutes.

Yummy!
